Craigslea Mandarin Chinese Courses
The Brisbane Chinese Language School will be running Mandarin Chinese courses for adults located in the City / Northern Suburbs.
These courses will be run weekly at the Windsor State School.
These classes provide the opportunity to learn about Chinese language and Chinese culture, and are appropriate for learners of any level.

Pinyin Crash Course $70
|
This course is for beginners who wish to join the Beginner Level 1 mid-semester, but have no prior Pinyin experience. The course runs for three to four hours.

Beginner Level 1
$200 /term
For those who have little or no experience speaking Mandarin.
|
The course mainly focuses on Pinyin (Chinese alphabet) and simple everyday language, as well as general knowledge of China and Chinese culture. We will focus mainly on developing your speaking and listening skills.

Saturday (negotiable schedule)
|

Beginner Level 2
$200 /term
For those who have already learned Pinyin, and are familiar with basic greetings and simple everyday language.
|
The course will broaden your vocabulary and strengthen your conversational skills. You will learn the grammar knowledge required to construct simple sentences, and will be introduced to some of the most practical Chinese characters which appear in everyday life.

Tailored Learning
|
For students who have already completed both beginner courses, who already possess intermediate Mandarin skills, who are preparing for the HSK examination, or anyone who would like to enhance their speaking, listening, reading, or writing Mandarin skills.

About Miss Kuang

Kuang laoshi speaks fluent Mandarin and is highly skilled in Chinese writing and literature. She previously worked as an editor/translator for a number of publishing houses and magazines in Beijing, China. Aside from her broad background in language, she is also very knowledgeable in Chinese history and Chinese socio-culture. Kuang laoshi’s fluency in English enables her to introduce and exhibit the fascinating Chinese culture in an interesting and easy-to-understand way.
